Debut EP of french duo No Social Theory (Yoram & Couronne de Merde) explores the throes of existence through a very peculiar and private prism, which is obviously linked to anxiety and obsession. 'Next Summer will set the World ablaze' doesn't build its strenght on rhythm or speed but on heavy guitars riffs and slowness. Mixing various kinds of influence, from doom metal through ambient or spoken words, No Social Theory delivers an unequivocal impression of an inner apocalypse. A burning spiral starving for emotions, slightly tinged with immature romanticism and harrowing chants. Now welcome this dying light in a whirlwind of ashes.
