Etang Brulant 11th release is a collaboration between 6 international sound artists focusing on an ambient approach.
KP Transmission opens the show with a rusty track full of insidious patterns, followed by ϙue and his hazy melodies in a stupendous cold intimacy. The third act of the project is from Japan : Oriental Love delivers a deep journey into abstract tones inspired by Sutra chanting of Tibet. Then Catartsis and T. Strochnis end the side A with some strong field recordings, arranged in a peculiar form of storytelling.
The side B of the cassette is led by Copenhagen based producer Ato Vari. A 23 minutes drone track made from tape recordings by the artist himself in the bell tower of Tårnby Kirke.
